Most of this is for enjoyment, and everyone works hard to make these, so please, if you have any opinions like that, keep it to yourself and give respect to the deviant. Sorry!
This is all just your own opinion, and neither you or I is right.
I mean, I can say that I don't understand why people would play a weird game like Minecraft, but I don't say it. You know why? Because that's my own opinion, and if other people like something I don't then it's not my problem. I should respect their opinion and I expect them to respect mine.
I respect your passion for pixel art, so please respect our passion for editing. (:
However, it bugs me that so many people have a blatant disregard for deviantart's policy.

I think this should help a little, but maplestory has a program called "bannedstory", which lets one create a character, which should also imply that we are allowed to use it as long as it's used appropriately and as long as we give the character base credit to Nexon.
I see what you're trying to say though. It does make sense, and a lot of people violate this policy, not just us here in the Maple Community. o:
